Media Alert: Ground Breaking Set for Historic Arizona Property

Historic valley property. It’s back and you’re invited. See what awaits iconic Mountain Shadows THURSDAY, September 25th at 11:00 a.m.

Mountain Shadows

For decades it was the heartbeat of Paradise Valley; welcoming tourists, celebrities, and families at 56th Street & Lincoln. Then, the Mountain Shadows Resort closed in 2005 and there it sat, sadly, empty and quiet.

Until 2013 when a unanimous Paradise Valley Town Council, led by Mayor LeMarr, approved a revitalization plan. Months later, the old buildings met the wrecking ball. The site has been cleared; readying the way for a better day.

And so it begins. On Thursday, September 25th at 11:00 a.m. Scottsdale based Cullum Homes, one of the oldest and most reputable luxury home builders in the Valley, invites you to the groundbreaking for the first phase of the new resort residential community, The Village at Mountain Shadows.

With 40 imaginative homes designed to capture the diamond-in-the-desert view of Camelback Mountain and starting at $2.1 million, the future community and adjoining resort promise to restore the memories which made Mountain Shadows such a landmark.
